This is a non-repayable assistance through co-financing from the EU funds for the rapid development of the world's economies through the acquisition and implementation of innovative franchises, the creation of relevant goods and services, and new jobs. The co-financing is based on cooperation with the EABD and the EBRD for developing countries (not for developed countries with sufficient profitability potential).
